● Alerting Process has over 10 categories to warn a counsellor to remember scheduled date. Each Alerting category can be scheduled depending on its purpose and by considering better activities for best service.

● Notification process is designed for staff and student. A staff can share one's actions or lead next follow-up action to other staffs. Students can also get information from their counsellor. It is optional process depending agent regulation.
