1. THE SERVICE

The Service to use is provided for Education Agent, staff in regional branches. Anyone except Education Agent's staff should never use the Service and try.

2. GLOSSARY

“Service(s) or Mobile App” means part of services provided on Web Application.

“Web Application” means CRM, which provides all functional modules for Education Agent's business.

"Privacy Policy" means relevant agreements implicitly signed by staff.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be a staff employed by Education Agent. You must be able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Other restrictions may apply.

4. SERVICE RESTRICTIONS

A Staff may not use the Service in violation of this Agreement or applicable laws, rules or regulations under Education Agent.

5. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

6. SECURITY

Your security is very important to Education Agent, and we use a variety of security measures to make sure that your information is secure. You should close Mobile App when you do not need to access the Service.

Other Information can be indirectly collected, such as information about the device, hardware and software you use when accessing the Service, type of device you use, operating system version, device identifier, your IP address.

Collected information will be only used for verifying your identity, detecting & preventing illeagal uses of Mobile App.
